Nature of Agreement
This agreement is between you and Bowen & Pomeroy Proprietary Limited (ABN 78 004 174 887).
The conditions of this agreement are determined by Bowens, which may include discounts on products, exclusive offers, and other privileges.
By applying to this program, you accept the terms and conditions outlined by Bowens and acknowledge them as a binding agreement.
To apply for this program, you must provide the following;
Bowens may accept or refuse an application for membership in its absolute discretion. If an applicant does not provide the necessary information on the Application Form, that applicant may not be eligible to participate in the Bowens Benefits program.
Each member consents and agrees to receiving marketing information, offers and special discounts from Bowens. A member may choose to opt out at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ option in one of the emails you receive from us. Bowens has the right to terminate a membership at any stage, at its own discretion. If a member has not purchased anything from Bowens in a 24-month period, their account may be terminated.
Becoming A Member
Once an application has been approved, members of Bowens Benefits will receive an email that will include log in details. They will need to follow the steps and once completed; they will have access to Bowens Benefits.
If an individual would like to apply their discount to an in-store purchase they are required to provide proof of identification, such as;
Membership is strictly limited to the individual who created the account and must not be used by others. If an individual is to be found sharing their details with others, they may have their account terminated.

Bowens Benefits members will be granted a 5% discount on selected Bowens products. Discounts may not be used in conjunction or combination with any other offer or promotion. This includes products ‘on sale’ or at ‘special prices.’ This discount is non-negotiable nor redeemable by cash.

Exclusive Invitations to Trade Events and Workshops
Members receive exclusive invitations to trade and workshop events throughout the year. These events may be run by Bowens or a partner organisation. Members get priority access to these events and will be notified (via email) of upcoming workshops.
Exclusive Access to L2 Circa
Members gain access to level 2 at Circa, as well as the conference room. This is a contemporary space which displays a range of high-end architectural doors, door hardware, mouldings, timber linings and acoustic products on display.

Members will be automatically subscribed to our Bowens Trade E-newsletter.
Bowens will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Bowens Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs.

We currently accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and UnionPay cards, as well as Zip and Paypal from all our customers.
If you wish to use Discovery cards, please choose to checkout via Paypal and select the “Pay by Card” option. There are no extra fees and you can still earn your credit card points, miles and rewards when you pay with PayPal.
Bowens Trade Credit customers can use their 30-day interest-free credit on all purchases.
